John Hill - Chairman of the Board, Putnam Mutual Funds
John A. Hill, Vice Chairman of First Reserve Corporation, has been with the firm since 1983. Although largely retired, he functions as a senior advisor on deal origination and investor relations. Prior to acquiring First Reserve with Mr. Macaulay in 1983, Mr. Hill was a co-founder of Meridien Capital Company. From 1976 to 1981, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of F. Eberstadt & Co., Inc., an investment banking, research and institutional brokerage firm. Subsequently, Mr. Hill was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Marsh & McLennan Asset Management. Prior to 1976, Mr. Hill spent seven years in the U.S. Federal Government as Deputy Administrator of the Federal Energy Administration and Deputy Associate Director of the Office of Management and Budget during the Ford administration. Mr. Hill is currently the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Putnam Mutual Funds and a member of the Board of Directors of Devon Energy Corporation and Sarah Lawrence College. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Yale Center for Corporate Governance and Performance at the Yale School of Management. Mr. Hill holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Southern Methodist University and pursued graduate studies there as a Woodrow Wilson Fellow.

David Pakman - President, eMusic
David Pakman has been a pioneer and entrepreneur in the digital media space for as long as the space has existed. The majority of Pakman’s career has centered on developing new business models for the music industry which exploit the economies and new distribution models afforded artists by technology, particularly the Internet. As the head of eMusic, in just three years, Pakman has grown eMusic into the world’s largest retailer of independent music, selling more than 100 million downloads, more than all other non-Apple digital retailers combined.

David Steinberg - President, CAIVIS Acquisition Corporation
Prior to founding CAIVIS Acquisition Corporation in 2007, Mr. Steinberg founded InPhonic in 2000, a leading online communication product and services provider. InPhonic was number one on the Inc 500 list in 2004, the same year it went public in one of the largest technology deals of that year. In addition, InPhonic was one of the top 10 marketers on the internet from 2004 through 2007. Prior to InPhonic Mr. Steinberg also served as chairman and chief executive officer of Sterling Cellular a B2B and retail wireless communications provider and Sterling Communications a communications telemarketing company, both of which he founded as well. Mr. Steinberg was named the Greater Washington Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for communications in 2002. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Northern Virginia Technology Council, Sibley Hospital's Development Advisory Council, Greater Washington Sports Alliance and Faster Cures. Faster Cures having been formed under the auspices of the Milken Institute. Mr. Steinberg holds a B.S. from Washington & Jefferson College.

Philosophy:

While subscription providers are limited in their sales efforts when marketing their single subscriptions, ContentNow aggregates a wide variety of subscription offers and markets them through top-tiered sales channels, such as large ecommerce sites. Subscriptions are offered to consumers as items for sale on partners' websites, as well as through post order communications and promotional emails.
